Breaking the Law...Breaking the Law

Not mentioning Antonio Pierce's dog issue, I was shocked to see the list of NY Giants with legal issues. They have been pretty busy these last 6 months.

As for Plaxico, he was charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, which could result in a prison sentence of 3 1/2 years to 15 years if he is convicted. Burress posted $100,000 bail and was told by the judge that his next appearance won't be until March 31.

I hope all of this can blow over quickly and the Giants can move forward.

Turned himself on charge of criminal possession of a handgun after accidentally shooting himself in thigh at New York nightclub. He did not have permit for the Glock pistol.

Arrested on alcohol charge, pedestrian under the influence, in Georgia.

Geoffrey Pope

Arrested in Detroit after allegedly hitting a man over the head with a champagne bottle.
Dropped, cleared of wrongdoing.

Ahmad Bradshaw
N.Y. Giants
Surrendered to authorities to serve first of two 30-day jail terms for undisclosed probation violation. The probation stemmed from an undisclosed offense while he was a juvenile.
